Rothy's Tracking Order Status

I own four pairs of Rothys and I love them all. They are so comfortable, cute and washable! The last pair I bought was a little big and that caused them to rub the back of my heal. I reported this to their customer service department and they sent me another smaller pair which felt great! So add good customer service to their list of accolades.

I like these shoes! They are comfy and fit well!

Have purchased some shoes & I was pleased with the comfort & size but when I went on the website to find another pair in different colors they were no longer available & couldn't even locate the animal print pointed flats that were listed less than 2 months ago.thankfully Amazon carried a similar style by sketcher & was so much less costly....Hopefully Rothy will realize that people want their shoe but they make it so hard to find & purchase

Okay, so this is an honest review. I have normal feet. I can wear any shoes. Typically they don’t hurt my feet at all. I wear heels, tennis shoes, flats, whatever, they work and I can rock them. I wanted to love my Rothy’s. I love the look of them, but I bought the pointed toe ones at first. I bought them in red, black and round toed black and grey. Pointed toe Rothy’s were awful, they hurt my big toe, so I sent them back and sized up. The same thing. The round toe, I kept, but more than a hour and they hurt my toes. So, stupid me bought the loafer because my best friend had them and I loved the look, sized up, still fit, 2 hours in them and I needs to walk in the heel and not let my toes touch the top part of the shoes. My overall experience with their customer service wasn’t bad, if I now own 4 pairs of Rothy’s that I will never wear.

Most uncomfortable shoes I've ever tried on. They were simultaneously too big and too small. I bought half a size up since reviewers said to. So the heal was too big. The toes were so squished. Only saving grace, returning was really easy.
