Common sense in transportation screw up.

My experience with this company has been very rewarding. I am very pleased with the person who handled my issue. My issue was resolved and I felt like I really mattered. I am grateful for the attention that I received.

Ordered 2 dresses from this company. I never tried either of them on due to the fact I didn't like them. Cheap fabric, bad quality and one was nothing like the one that was on their website. 1st dress refunded me was to have a loss of £15 and the other they claimed was faulty. Paid £42.50 for the 2nd dress and they refunded me £14. Totally disgusting. The embellishment on the dress was faulty when I received it but this is the claim why I received such a ridiculous refund. The fault clearly lies with the manufacturer not me. Buy from a shop because if you have any issues at least you'll get a full refund not the joke they reimburse you. AVOID at all costs. A total rip off. Disgusting. After an update from the customer services team they clearly haven't read my review properly to the problem or better still understand what my complaint is about. The goods were faulty upon arrival and was returned within a week.... so followed the proper instructions and returned item... still no reimbursement for the difference that I should receive. A £14 refund for a £42 dress.... rip of...

Love the dress I bought. Returned two and was able to chat with staff and in under 5 minutes had a return label. Will definitely order from Rosewe again!
