Harkness Roses Tracking Order Status

The rose arrived in good condition in it pot all ready to plant.

Rose was delivered to my neice at different town & address to myself so haven’t actually seen it

After not hearing anything for over a week after placing order , sent a message to Harkness , who responded promptly, and received order within 2days

Excellent customer service when I had a problem with 1 of the roses I had ordered. Swiftly and politely dealt with and the other roses are great. A very good business to deal with and excellent delivery.

Hi I’m a little disappointed with my rose bush that was delivered yesterday afternoon. I’ve bought bushes from you before. This time the bush looks a little poorly . I unwrapped it straight away. The bush doesn’t look a good shape. A lot of the branches are dead. The was even a couple of leaves with what look like black spot on them. I have taken them straight of & destroyed them. The rose bush ( burgundy ice) is a Christmas present for a friend, so I feel a little sad at giving it to them. I hope it becomes the lovely bush I’m hop for them. I’ve bought off you before & been very happy with my purchase. Sue Baker
