De winkel heeft hele mooie producten, maar toch zou ik niet snel opnieuw bestellen. De klantenservice is zeer slecht bereikbaar en reageren heel traag en altijd in het Engels. Retourproces is omslachtig en duurt lang. Daarnaast versturen ze alles als brievenbuspakket, terwijl het pakje veel te groot is voor de brievenbus (11 cm hoog). Hierdoor is de kans dat het pakket zoek raakt zeer groot, omdat het niet voor de postbezorging is.

Zojuist mijn bestelling ontvangen en ik constateer hierin twee productiefouten. De afstand van de kettinkjes aan beide kanten van de 'coin' klopt niet in vergelijking met de foto's op de website. En de letter staat er scheef opgedrukt!!! Ik hoef geen nieuw product, maar eis een compensatie in de vorm van terugbetaling van het volledige bedrag
