If you can actually get a hold of someone, they can be helpful. However, they're customer service is online only and they are terrible at responding to inquiries, even warranty covered repairs. No phone number listed for customer service on website, just directed to online form. Can google and find a number to call, but the voicemail directs you to the online form! So I'm stuck having to wait around while my online service request goes unanswered! No one to call and ask what's the deal? Maybe when my warranty expires, they'll check out my complaint and charge me $400 for a cymbal pad that breaks after a year (both crash pads have broken since purchasing their $9000 dollar flagship drum kit). Kit looks and plays better than anything - but they make fragile cymbals you can't fix and have to wait forever for them to hopefully respond...

Huw at Roland answered my email enquiries regarding the Boss RC 5 Foot Switch with speedy alacrity - an absolute credit to the company. In a more general note, the Katana series of amps are second to none, and I cannot wait to loop till my heart's content 🤟🏼 😂😂

Im surprised there are so many bad reviews. I own a lot of Boss and Roland products and I’ve recently had problems with my RC505 unit and Roland were very responsive in their emails and even sent a prepaid courier to collect the unit for warranty repairs. Not got it back as of yet, however, so far the service has been great.

I purchased the Boss RC 202. The product is great but since I'm not very techie I knew I'd have lots of work ahead of me. The Rowland staff were very quick at replying to my questions and helped me so much! I asked several questions over a few week period, thinking that at some point they will stop helping me since they sold me the product but aren't there to give me lessons. But I asked anyway and they responded fast and with all the helpful information I needed! I'm a very happy customer! As long as your not afraid to ask, you will most likely get the help you need from them:)

La Roland AX edge è stata mia appena è uscita. Si vede che è progettata per fare la sua p* scena sul palco ed è ottima. Uniche pecche: il tasto poteva essere fatto meglio e l'alimentazione a pile stilo è molto da anni 90.
