Amazing beauty box, one of the best of the market

Roccabox is one of my monthly boxes im blessed to beable to have... Most of the time you get great products... But like every beauty Box there will always be products you do not like... If I'm going to be really honest I prefer the 10 pound boxes... They seemed a lot more bright and cheerful and great value.... I do wish there was more body care.. eye syrums...shampoos ..pillow sprays ect... I totally understand we do get that in limited editions... But some of us can only afford on monthly boxes sometimes... Makeup is not my thing.... mascara and a blusher..is fine...but eye gels brow pens yes... All in all I do like roccabox and been with them for many years... And to be completely honest it Is actually one of the best at the moment set the moment for quality quantity... Thank you roccabox... For every month bringing a smile to a girl's face

I’ve recently cancelled my subscription as the range of products is not as good as when I first subscribed and lots of them I don’t use. The vitamins are useless to me as I can’t take them. Seems to be a lot of sachet type products too and I don’t think you can count them as a product they’re samples. They’ve also stopped sending the card so you can’t read about the products anymore unless you scan a QR code and look on the intranet. I’m not that person who wants to be doing that. I want the card that shows me the products. For me it used to be really good and one of the best boxes I had, but I just don’t feel the mix of products is for me any more. The service from Roccabox is fantastic though. It’s personal choice for me to cancel and I have had some fantastic boxes over the past year. I may even resubscribe in a few months. If they stop with the sample sachets and vitamins.

When I received my first box it was a gift for my wife. One of the items was damaged and had leaked over the contents. I informed Roccabox and they replaced the damaged item and send some extra goodies which my wife was over the moon with. Mistakes happen it's how you handle them that counts and Roccabox were bang on!
