RobotShop Tracking Order Status

Every staff member I came in contact with to make our robot purchase was kind and considerate. They went above and beyond to ensure our purchase was adequate and shipped in a timely manner.

Update: contacted the customer service to cancel the order and request refund. This time got response quickly and already got the refund. ---------------------------------------------- Placed an order on 3/29/2023 and paid the shipping fee. We didn't get it delivered yet. The tracking status is always 'On the way'. They use what it calls Mail Innovations, which is a third-party delivery service. Really bad experience.

About the litter robot 3 from the robotshop.com. First of all the delivery of the product was verry quick. It worked fine. Sadly our cat could not get used to it. After 3 months trying we gave up. Luckely was the customer service friendly and offered is a complete reimbursement, altough the 3 months trial period had just expired . Many thanks to robotshop.com
