ROAMAN'S Tracking Order Status

Great store for getting plus size luxuries like cotton and rayon instead of the usual polyester nightmares. Clothes will fit, maybe run a bit large. They offer a beautiful rayon button-up top that I have bought for years in different patterns and colors. Before buying any clothing, I check Roaman's as well as Woman Within, which I believe is an associate company.

I have been ordering from them since 2006...back then I placed an order with American people and my orders were always perfect...now I have sent back several capris that didn't fit right and they were not capris because they came down to my ankles...plus they have all foreigners working there now...this company sucks anymore...im gonna find another company to order from as this company has went to the dogs...their clothing sucks!!

I just received my first catalog from Roaman's that I requested. The clothes look fine, but I'm angry that they make themselves out to be a company that cares about plus size women, yet out of their entire magazine there were only a total of 3 pictures with women over a size 0. If you want plus size women to buy your clothes, then put your clothes on more plus size models!! I would not trust buying plus size clothes from a company that won't actually show you what it looks like on plus size models. Ugh, so disappointed.

I got a catalog in the mail but I didn’t notice it’s mostly a plus size company. I ordered jeans which I was pleased with but everything else I was disappointed in. I don’t have the catalog anymore. A dress labeled 14W looked like a sack on me and the fabric was too heavy. A bra which was the wrong size had a stain on it. I’m sending the stuff back that I don’t like and I’m not sure if I will be ordering from them again. I called customer service and got a real nice lady who answered my questions.

My Mother ordered lots of clothes from Roaman's since I was a little kid some 50+ years ago, so I felt like I could safely do the same. I was right! They sell clothes that actually FIT, unlike other places. I have never had a problem with the quality or an item not being as described. There has been only ONE mistake in over 15 years (wrong size) and they promptly sent the correct size, exchanging with the wrong one, and it was easy. Roman's is a sister store to Lane Bryant, FullBeauty, Woman Within, and Brylane Home ( for home goods like sheets, curtains, comforters, kitchen ware, etc. The thing i love about them being related it that I can use any of my cards from one store to buy from any other. For example, I can pay for and order at FullBeauty with my Roman's card, or any card from any of the other sister sites. I like the convenience of shopping there just a little too much. My UPS guy and I have gotten to know each other pretty well because he is here 3 or 4 times a week! If you haven't shopped there in awhile because Roamans seems like its just too "old lady" for your taste, go back and try again. They have tons of newer, fresher prints and solids that will definitely perk up your closet. As you can tell, I am very pleased with Roman's and all of the sister stores except Lane Bryant ( too pricey, bad selection, pants never fit. Long enough is too narrow, and wide enough is too short, so who wants to pay top dollar for That?) Overall, you can feel safe ordering from them. Their word is good and so are their clothes. Finally, an online group of stores you can trust! And don't forget the rewards! I have gotten many $10.00-$20.00 off just for using my store card to pay!
