Riverbend Home Tracking Order Status

I ordered a Christopher Radko ornament and it arrived undamaged as its box was put in another and was padded nicely all in bubble wrap. Riverbend obviously cared about it not getting broken or damaged. I also ordered some big bulb Christmas lights which also arrived undamaged in a box with padding. Riverbend packaged their products nicely. They shipped it to me through UPS, the best delivery service there is, which shows good judgement and also shows why my orders arrived so quickly, sooner than I expected. They arrived after Christmas but that's because Christmas was over when I ordered them but now I have them for next Christmas. So I have to say Riverbend is a very good company to send undamaged merchandise.

Deceptive website. Knew it was too good to be true when I saw a light fixture in stock that wasn't available anywhere else. After I ordered I found out it was backordered (no surprise). I cancelled the order and told them they should update their site and of course they didn't do it.

I ordered a copper fire pit, a beautiful kitchen knife & Christmas Ornaments. Order was received quickly, packed well and the quality exceeded expectations for the price I paid.
