Rio Grande Tracking Order Status

I have bought jeweler’s brass here a long time and have always loved it for its wide selection of wire shapes and sizes. Lately though they have stopped selling the different shapes and now they only stock the round wire. It pretty much destroyed my business. Not real happy.

Better watch your credit cards here. They have over charged me in the past. Tonight they did it a lot because they charged my little bar tab someone else's dinner. I told them it was wrong and they wouldn't credit my credit card and start over. They wanted to give me cash back. This is illegal. When I told Alma, the manager that, she refused to serve me. I only had a beer and some chips. $25 is way too much. Something isn't right about the salsa, either. Police won't do anything, but my bank is charging her.

Just received my order, really fast with great customer service! I had problems with my bank on this order, they thought it may be a fraudulent purchase. I was notified quickly by the biling department via email and despite having to make multiple attempts to clear things up with the bank, the folks at Riogrande were super understanding and fast-I wasn't expecting to get my order for at least 2 more days, but it's here and it's perfect!
