Over ten years with RingCentral. Cannot fault them. We ran three companies from within one portal using three main numbers and 5 DDI lines. The platform is stable, feature rich and the support is beyond reproach. We use Cisco 505, Yealink T38 and Siemens Gigasets which although unsupported work perfectly. Call recording, FTP access to pull down recordings has proven to be reliable and valuable. Call formats are logical unlike other providers YYYYMMDD-UID_44fromCLI_44ToCLO_reference making it simple to sort through. flip call to mobile and back is seamless, transfer and conference is equally good. Click to call in our signatures is simple to use. Call Prefix and suffix help us to know which company is calling when the call appears on the mobile (part of simultaneous ring) with call recording working equally well. Video conferencing is smooth from desktop or mobile. The admin panel makes it simple to onboard team members and see activity levels. Would recommend without reservation.

We recently deployed the system following a prolonged planning process. Bobby our primary sales contact was patient, stayed in touch and answered all our questions clearly from the beginning. He facilitated demos to help us understand how the RC MVP system would work for our use cases. With Bobby's help we spoke with senior leaders who helped assure us that RC would deliver our requirements. We went live a few weeks ago following a well-managed deployment assisted by Paul who was our assigned implementation project manager and Jesse on technical side. All the guys delivered on promises and the product is so far working well for us. Thanks RC.

We are a start-up and we find the system not start-up friendly. It is also difficult to deal with support.
