Rigby and Peller Tracking Order Status

Went for a bra fitting for my Mum who is a wheelchair user at Guildford store today. Service was appalling, girl was very 'offhand' and not the service I would have expected from Rigby and Peller. My mum is a 38B, a common size, and told they had no bras in her size! Went to M&S in the end and the service was night and day in comparison. Couldn't have been more helpful.

Over many years I have wasted far too much money on various makes of bras to suit my 34E size, all proving uncomfortable after a few hours wear. What a relief to at last find all day comfort. Yes, R and P bras are pricey, but for me, more than worth the cost and a worthwhile investment. I use the Cambridge store where the senior fitter is outstanding with her knowledge of stock and what will be suitable.

The staff were very experienced and patient.Had brought two bras ,but when I got them home they didn’t feel very comfortable.There was no trouble in changing them,So happy with the new ones

Great experience in store, but online is a nightmare if you want to return an item. Never experienced such a complicated return procedure. 3 forms to fill out. 3 different emails to send and then have to find a UPS drop off point.
