Rifle Paper Co. Tracking Order Status

I like many of their products. If you're buying a gift, allow a month to get your package to be on the safe side. I will try in the future if I want a Rifle product to go through another vendor.

Pros: Great quality, wonderful patterns. Cons: Everything else I love this brand, but ordering online is the worst experience. Time of shipping, costumer service its all terrible! I ordered stuff (including fabric) on the 19th, with the caveat that one of the fabrics were to be shipped November 25-29th. In the beginning of the December I had to ask for a split ship so I could get my wrapping paper on time to wrap gift on time. Mid December(dec 13th) I e mailed customer service again and she said it would ship out in the next couple days…. Here we are in the end of December (21st) and I still don’t have it. Idk how, over a month later not having my order can be justified. Rifle is so expensive, I’d expect better fulfillment center care.

Items are great quality and love them. However shipping delays are ridiculous Over a month and still each week the expected arrival date is a week later. Half the items were a gift that it us pointless to receive now.

I will definitely be purchasing more from Rifle Paper Co! I have bought small things here and there (notebooks, pens, phone cases, etc.) but recently dove into their home decor collection. I bought 2 large rugs from their collaboration with Loloi and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. One of the rugs was perfect straight off the bat, but the second one had some imperfections upon arrival. RPC’s customer service team did not hesitate to go above and beyond to make things right. Can’t wait to decorate my new home with more Rifle Paper Co art - maybe I’ll wallpaper my dining room next! I was not prompted to write this review in any way, I was just really impressed with the way they handled things and the quality of their product.

The dispatch time is very long. it took 3 weeks for them to dispatch my order of 3 items. (ordered 6th November received 25th November). so I recommend ordering way in advance for Christmas/ birthdays. Aside from the very long wait, I was very pleased when I opened the box. very nice packaging. I very much like the items I bought, lovely designs and I will consider buying from them again, even considering how long I have to wait. Side note: customer service isn't very helpful, I asked after a week of no dispatch, where my items were and customer service just reiterated that it hadn't been dispatched yet... not great.
