RIBBLE Tracking Order Status

Great service from Ribble. Website is easy to navigate and customising order straight forward. Bike arrived earlier than expected, well packed and in perfect condition. Would have been nice to have some tubeless valves and sealant included but I'm sure there's a good reason for these items not being included, maybe worth considering.

The bike arrived earlier than expected and once I got it working it's amazing, the problem was getting it working !! Customer service were unavailable and have still not replied to my email sent 5 days ago. Luckily I had a friend who solved the issue for me. So 5 stars for the bike 2 stars for after sales service.

Delivery of my new bike was almost 2 months ahead of the expected date given at the time of the order. I class that as a win! It was packaged safely, but feel that the internal padding could be a little more secure, based on how the box was loaded in the delivery van.

Straightforward experience. I found the product with google. The Ribble website was clear & easy to navigate. The saddle I bought was discounted heavily as a sale item, and was excellent value; £20 for a Fizik saddle, who could grumble? It arrived, well wrapped, within the week - it's already on the bike! After footling around their website, the only sad thing is, I can't really justify a Ribble bike.

The online order is (almost) perfect. The response from personnel was great. Let’s see if the surprisingly short order and build timeframe is correct! Only suggested change is ensuring all custom part changing result in a specific enough description in the output order form. I found the GP5000s I thought I (very sure!) added were a vague description, Grand Prix or similar, but there’s a few confusing with similar name. I had to phone and ask for a check which was fairly responsive. If you could speed up the turnaround time of the custom paint jobs (3 months delay!) I would have had one in a flash and I had the money in my cycle to work voucher.
