The customer service is great! Items were received as expected and money refunded on time after I returned the item.

After spending hours, if not days looking online to find a decent quality pair of straight leg jeans I liked with a 33" inseam, I came across Moussey Vintage. Lovely jeans but all their jeans have very short legs, much too short for me. But one model - Sumterville Straight was pictured with a large turn-up, which in fact can be turned down and worn long (33" long!) Unfortunately I discovered that Moussey Vintage do not ship outside of the US. I continued to search online and found that Revolve had stock of the Sumterville Straight in the size I wanted. Quite expensive but all taxes and import duty is included in the price. Their description of the jeans was accurate and very helpful when making my decision to buy them. Another of the reasons I decided to go ahead and purchase them was because they have a UK hub for quick and easy returns in the event I am not happy with them. The jeans were sent using DHL and arrived a lot sooner than I expected, just a few days. There will be no need to return them because I am very happy with the fit, the style and the quality of the jeans - rigid Japanese denim. I will definitely use Revolve again for any other jean purchases from the US.

Revolve hat mich sowohl mit seiner Produktqualität als auch mit seinem herausragenden Kundenservice überzeugt. Ich habe ein wunderschönes Kleid bestellt, das leider eine kleine Beschädigung hatte. Die Retoure verlief absolut reibungslos, und das Ersatzkleid wurde blitzschnell geliefert. Der gesamte Prozess war unkompliziert und kundenfreundlich – so sollte es immer sein. Auch als es einmal eine Unstimmigkeit bei einer Rücksendung gab, wurde das Problem schnell und ohne Umstände gelöst. Die Reaktionszeit des Kundenservices war beeindruckend, und ich fühlte mich als Kundin ernst genommen. Besonders positiv überrascht hat mich, dass bei meiner Bestellung eines in Europa schwer erhältlichen Artikels alle Einfuhrabgaben bereits im Preis enthalten waren. Obwohl der Preis auf den ersten Blick höher wirkte, kamen keine versteckten Zusatzkosten hinzu. Zudem habe ich für einen kleinen Aufpreis den Expressversand gewählt – die Lieferung kam schneller als erwartet. Von Los Angeles nach Wien innerhalb weniger Tage – das nenne ich effizient. Ein weiteres Highlight war eine kulante Rückerstattung: Ich hatte ein Top mit einem kleinen Fleck erhalten und bekam den vollen Kaufpreis erstattet, ohne den Artikel zurückschicken zu müssen. So einen kundenfreundlichen Service habe ich noch nie erlebt. Auch bei kleineren Bestellungen, wie Ohrringen, wurde mir eine umweltfreundliche Lösung angeboten: Statt einer Retoure wurde mir einfach das Geld zurückerstattet. Diese Haltung zeigt, dass Revolve nicht nur an den eigenen Umsatz denkt, sondern auch nachhaltige Entscheidungen unterstützt.

I don't leave many reviews on here but I feel credit needs to be given when due. I ordered 2 x £300+ wedding dresses from here for delivery to the UK. They arrived quickly with free delivery. I didn't like either (quality did not justify the price) so returned them with the free return lable that was included in the package to a UK address and got the refund a few days later. This is amazing service compared to the nightmare I am going through currently with Nordstrom! This was my first time ordering from Revolve and I wouldn't hesitate to order from here again.
