Revive Collagen Tracking Order Status

Never received my order and customer service is non existent! Shambles! No order and no refund.. nobody replies…

Never received my order they sent via Amazon. 8 days still not received and no way of contacting them other than messages that they don’t respond to. Taken the money and not one response. No customer service support, unable to call anyone. I’ve tried Instagram and emailed many times. Disgusted.

Absolute shambles!!!!! Ordered 4 boxes a month, 2 for me 2 for my hubby. Only received one set. They was meant to send out another set asap. 3 weeks later, it’s still not here, now we have run out of our supply completely. BECKY! then refused to send me the gummies that was on promotion. Offered to give me free delivery when the gummies was worth over £20. Shipping is half that. I’m cancelling my subscription. Customer service is absolutely appalling. I asked for a manager to contact me via phone and I’ve been ignored

Awful taste. No change after a month of taking the product. Slow, incompetent and unhelpful customer service. Tried to cancel the next order but Revive didn't reply to me until after they had shipped it (intentionally no doubt). I now have to pay the cost of shipping a heavy box back to them. Revive have not posted my review on their website so are not being transparent with customers.

Signed up for a months worth of product (2 boxes) with high hopes from all the 'celeb/instagram' hype. It is the WORST tasting liquid I have ever tasted in my life. It tastes of vinegar but is somehow worse. I reached out to Revive and have never had a response back. I cannot believe there are reviews with 5 STARS and they are not mentioning the taste. I unfortunately also didn't realise I was signed up for the repeat subscription and I now have another box on the way! Honestly do not waste your money on this foul tasting product.
