Resumeble (US) Tracking Order Status

My resume was on point and I am impressed with the results. I am so glad I did this and highly recommend Resumeble for a polished, professionally written resume. I feel more confident in my resume and will now start applying for jobs.

Susan did an excellent job in capturing my 18+ years of experience in various fields and positioning me for role I'd like to transition into next. She completely rethought the format and content of my resume and I am thrilled with the result. I also paid for the premium service, so I now have two versions of my resume, an updated cover letter, follow-up letters, and LinkedIn content to make sure everything ties together nicely. It can be so difficult to view your experience objectively and write about yourself, so I greatly appreciated her guidance and expertise, as well as her willingness to answer my questions regarding her rationale. I have mixed feelings on my experience. Deedee was my writer. She did a good job on my Resume elevating it to a standard much needed. I was assured by customer service she is one of the top writers on Resumeble but didnt see her listed anywhere on Resumeble and she called me from a "private number" when doing the consultation which seemed really weird. I didnt get much guidance with LinkedIn, to just copy and paste whatever was given to me. So that left me feeling rushed off.... I have been getting interviews though but suggest or wish Resumeble had a feature to work with writers on the dreaded interview question: "Tell Me About Yourself" because Im floundering with it. Update: 4/1/24 - Customer service contacted me was very prompt in addressing my concerns and gave me partial credit towards what I paid for the service. I didn't expect any response honestly and this reflects in their positive professionalism to improve. Thank you.
