Reservations Portal Tracking Order Status

Giving them 1 star because there is no option for 0. The first time I’ve lost money in my life through booking online. Reservations portal are smooth scammers. I reserved my hotel in Orlando for a conference in Feb 2025 but my flight got delayed by few hours. Upon arrival, my booking didn’t appear on the hotel system! I called “reservations portal” and was told that I was slammed with a “no show” and therefore I’d lost the full booking, not for the day but the full stay and that’s why the hotel system deleted my full booking! What is even worse is that I wrote to them in November to notify them about the changes to the flight in November 2024 (more than 3 month before I travelled). Guess what? One consultant told me that they never received the email. The next one told me that they don’t know their own email address from which my booking was confirmed but they had my reservation number! My pain was “Why take the full cash and deprive me of access to the room just because I was late by less than 15 hours?! I asked the criteria for declaring a “no show” but they simple kept the scripted line of “we apologise for the inconvenience but there’s nothing we can do”. The hotel had no answers for me, didn’t admit that they work with Reservation central, refused to talk to them and even denied us a telephone use! Imagine if I didn’t have any financial means? How could I have survived the ordeal in a foreign country (US) that I was visiting for the first time? PLEASE DONT USE THIS SITE!

I second the following review-- terrible experience!!! Never use them!! The no refund policy is terrible and their customer service was the worst I've ever experienced. My friend sent me this site to book through. Booked a few nights at a hotel in SC for an event. 3 days before reservations I realize location of hotel is getting 10” of snow. I called RP to cancel and only got the automated system. This is when I found out they offer no refunds. I would HIGHLY recommend calling the hotel directly to make reservations and not go through the scam of a website.

A clear ad/sponsored site that tries to pull people away from their intended location. They will book a room but make it significantly more difficulty to change any plans due to unforeseen circumstances. The rooms state "no cancellation" but no where states "no modification". Their help line claimed no modifications can be made thus moving the dates would be considered a cancellation. Do not book here unless absolutely necessary as there is not any savings versus going to the hotel's direct website. If you book here and try to change they have to email/call the hotel to make any changes as the hotel can not handle it directly or the digital voucher reservationsportal sends them will not be valid. They are trying to make extra money by preying on these types of situations. If you do need to change dates or something happens, call the hotel first confirming if they are able to cancel/change your dates. If they are able to change/cancel, then call reservationsportal notifying them to open a ticket and contact the hotel partner. My opinion is their end goal is to double charge people when dates change or keep the money when you go elsewhere without doing any work. Overall poorly designed customer service but will get you a room.
