ResellerClub Tracking Order Status

I had problems with my domain since I switched registrar's and the DNS records became faulty. The online chat support was very helpful and they solved the issue for me the same day - their UK call number wasn't working so that was a bit of a let down but everything else was fine and now, I use them for my domain hosting.

Very Good support, really appreciated the suggestions and support provided by reseller club. The plus point of the company which makes them better from other companies is, they give what they said, no false flag promises.

Two days ago I tried the test version for 24 hours. It was great, a stable server for watching tv and a large selection of movies and series in my language. Yesterday I bought premium for three months. While the TV works flawlessly, all the movies and series simply disappeared after a three-month purchase. I do not understand what happened... Now I’m waiting for a reply from the support,but it is very strange for me how they can treat new customers.

I have had an okay experience with ResellerClub.I signed up with them in July 2020. I am close to renewing my subscription with them now. Some one at the support told me that there was a certain amount to be paid but after I verified with another person from the team, it turned out that the amount I had to pay was lesser. I expect transparency and a bit of consistency too with ResellerClub since they are such a big brand for us web developers. It was my luck and patience that kept me going so I could figure out the final amount. On the whole they provide good service and their servers are good. Just that their team needs to be nudged for better clarity of service.
