RepairClinic Tracking Order Status

I already had the replacement part I needed so I didn't buy from repairclinic.com, but their video showing how to replace a dishwasher door seal on a Bosch dishwasher was right-on and very helpful.

My upper agitator stopped spinning on my old Kenmore washer so I went on repair clinic based upon a family member’s recommendation. Entered my model number, watched a video or two on their “how to” section and placed the order for $37.33 and that got me the whole oem kit for the upper agitator. Two days later they got the part(s) to us and 20 minutes later my washer was fixed. Excellent company, easy process. They fixed the agitation on both the machine and myself. Highly recommended!!

The people comprising this company's management are some of the worst managers I've known. They're not worst only due to their awful performance. But they're the worst mainly because of their horrible attitude and repulsive behavior. This company is like a revolving door of employees due to how many quit in just a short time, and the reason is the terrible management.

Updating - Upgrading from 2 to 3 stars. They did the honorable thing and refunded all shipping fees. Parts are expected to be delivered the first business day after they were shipped (which was three days later than expected). Total delay - 4 days. ******* This is the first time I've had a very bad experience with RepairClinic.com. I've used them for years. Parts indicated as in stock were ordered with overnight delivery paid for. After two days of" Processing " status", I called customer service early in the morning and was told they would call me with an update. No call from Customer Service. I had requested that next-day shipping be refunded, but I needed the parts for the weekend. No call for an update. Late in the day, FEDEX indicated there was a shipment label created with delivery in 4 days (holiday weekend). But they did not have the package. I called Customer Service and was told once the tracking number is created there is nothing that can be done, even though the package hasn't shipped. Their prices are premium (30%) over other sources. I typically will pay for the assured service. No more.
