Renogy Tracking Order Status

The products seem to be good quality and at a fair price. I purchased 800 watt solar kit and two 200ah batteries from them

Renogy tec support has given me the run around for almost 3 weeks after my solar voltage controller failed after just over 1 year of use. Every time I do what they ask showing the controller is not working they come up with something else to do. There seems to be no end to the "test" they want me to do.

Renogy products are very good. I have purchased 4 - 100 AMP HOUR AGM batteries and a 2000 watt inverter from Renogy and am very pleased with them. They work exactly per their specifications. That said, the product delivery by FedEx I would rate as very poor, but the product delivery by UPS was excellent. FedEx delivered one battery in a soaking wet carton which fell apart as I moved the battery. They also left the battery sitting on its' end which is not a good position for a battery. I was not pleased with this but it did not seem to affect the battery.

Really like the controller, works well with the panels I have for it running 4x 100w panels at 24v. Normally I would use MPPT, but this is for my secondary system on my a-frame (that is being moved onto a shed in a few weeks) so PWM is fine.
