I ordered a Samsung fridge freezer from Reliant Direct via Amazon. Unfortunately, there was a scratch on the fridge door when we took the packing off. I am disabled, and I suffer from anxiety, so, I prefer to communicate via email. Blake White was relentless to get me my new door and he took my case on, personally. It took nearly 4 months, but between Blake and his manager, Lee Brown, I was kept up to date at least 3 times a week. If I was required to do something, I was given exact instructions, where necessary, so I never had to struggle with my actions. Blake and Lee were fantastic, and even when I thought that there wouldn’t be a positive outcome, I got the absolutely perfect one and I am so very grateful to them. My new door was fitted yesterday, and I think it’s just brilliant 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩. Thank you so much, I would most definitely recommend Reliant Direct as an all round great company, with wonderful customer service.

Excellent service from reliant direct was a bit sceptical at first not knowing much about them but been brilliant good price and good after service had issues with registering Samsung warranty but thanks to NIKKY sorted it all out for me thankyou so much
