Olá, achei importante deixar uma avaliação na minha língua materna, realmente hoje os serviços da ReliableSite está bom, um bom data center e um bom atendimento, a algum tempo atrás estava com um grande problema de rotas e conectividade da parte deles, já estava á pensar em cancelar, porém este mês eles melhoraram a infraestrutura deles, e a conexões com as rotas que melhorou em 100% a conectividade do meu dedicado, sou cliente deles a mais de 1 Ano, tenho serviços pagos para mais 1 ano, e se a qualidade se manter, vou renovar o serviço para mais 2 anos, caso mantenham a qualidade melhorada que veio para infraestrutura este mês.

Good servers and a good price. The big difference for us is the support... Reliable's support is without a doubt the best we've ever had. We passed through large data centers and when we needed something the answer was always the same "Contact your systems administrator". It wasn't like that with Reliable, whenever we needed something the support staff were always super friendly and tried to help as much as possible. It's really humanized support. Support is really fast and trying to help with any tech issues that I met. The servers are in good price and condition.

They handled server activation quite fast, and custom request for Windows OS installation was handled in few hours by their support team which is great. I was surprised by great server speed and connection from New York to EU with pretty lower ping than from other providers. Server panel interface is little bit outdated in design and I would suggest to improve it to modern interface and more professional look.
