Regus Tracking Order Status

This is all about Basepoint Staff. We did actually visit the site at Chester Business Park, which is impressive. However we noted that we have to pay for parking there - so our jury was very much out on the whole Regus/Basepoint offer. However later that day we received a courtesy call from Richard LAVENDER who simply asked why we hadn't considered the Saltney site. He is such a personable chap, and he understood exactly what we were looking for, so we visited the Red Hill House site and were shown around by him. It was a no-brainer. Most days when we come here, the Reception and Admin Desk is staffed by Tanya WILLIAMS. Nothing is too much trouble for Tanya, and knowing that she is dealing with something means that you not need to worry or chase up on any issue. Moreover both Richard and Tanya are extremely friendly and helpful. I commend them both to you.

I liked my office space and the area of the location. The front desk personnel was super friendly and helpful. What I didn't like was that there were days without wifi, the dishwasher was broken for weeks (unsustainable plastic/paper disposables were given as a solution), and one day, we could use the kitchen sink either. Things can happen, but if you pay the monthly and high 'cleaning' fee, you'd expect things to be great or be compensated if expectations aren't met.

Always go an extra mile to meet our needs as tenants.

Its been 2 months over and yet etoken is not successfully set up. And also, i was denied of my SGD 1000 voucher claim due to different email i have used to sign up in the contract. But i am stil using the email (not the one i have used to signed in the contract) to communicate with the staff. This is definitely disappointed. Marketing team came up with vouchers to attract prospective tenants but..... management failed / rejected to give... This image of such a reputable organization shouldn't have happened
