Regal Cinemas Tracking Order Status

Never worked for the company at Florida state treated poorly as a customer ,and applicant of them all overreacted plus wouldn't accommodate me with my mild handicap discriminated by them all year of employment job 2020 & 2022 from their actual HR department headquarters of Nashville TN location . Since I am European ,and huge movie lover for the most part of year 2017 when got hired ,and trained December 14th 2017 at Eugene Oregon Regal cinema 15 I Max 3D, and then year of 2020 at Florida Fort Myers Regal cinema stadium 20 Belltower had two awesome interviews but never hired, or trained of 2022 ,and of 2020 . So since had a bad experience of 2020 even of 2022 Florida time zone of those two years of my bad experiences as a customer ,and applicant feel bad of me having a nationality of European even slight handicap hoping for them all of Regal employees to agree to show dignity even respect to anyone seeking to work for them all of their own theaters from all over USA nationwide yearly. Go movie lovers forever . Seeking for an apology from the company headquarters ,and the Fort Myers Florida theater of Regal cinema 20 Belltower . But 2017 was awesome to work for them all but would like to work for them all again for 2023, or 2024. But would like a phone call from them all owing me an apology for hindering my own feelings ? Wished they all had recliner seats from all over USA nationwide for consideration please Regal cinemas? lower your guy's ticket prices please for anyone to go to see movies for lower cost ?Company got bought from UK year 2017 for $3.6 Billion from Europe country of England .

I went to see Barbie yesterday. There was no one in the ticket booth and no sign telling you to come inside to buy ticket. I bought a ticket at the concession stand. I asked the young man about what kind of wine they had. He pointed at the cooler. I again asked what kind of wine because I could not read the labels from the other side of the counter. He bent down and pretended to read the labels but he looked very confused. I started to question if he could read...so I just ordered a beer. A TWELVE DOLLAR beer?!?!?!?! Seriously? I could have purchased this can of beer at the gas station for $3, so I would understand paying $6 for the same can at the movie theater but $12??? Four times the actual retail price of the can of beer. And movie theaters wonder why people are not coming to the theater to see the movies, but are waiting for it to come out on a streaming service. Get a grip Regal.

I went to the Regal Biltmore Grand theater where I was treated like Gold.I had a wonderful time.First,I started with snacks.The staff was so intentive.Popcorn was full,great ratio of butter salt and fresh and hot.The cherry icee hit the spot.I made it before the movie trailers stopped .The movie was great too.After wards I had a kind employee refilled my drink and asked if I like more popcorn .I was happy from the attention I received.The members of regal staff that went above and beyond were LISA ,AND BETH .I made a small mess.But,staff DEREK cleaned it right away before a mess was notice.I was also asked How I was doing by Management AMBER and LISA.If you need a special night out you should consider the door to floor to counter and everything in between service. Made a average night feel as though I was royalty.Thank you I will be back.

Not once, but twice, I had to reach out to CS reps because I do not get the full amount of points from a purchase, only the tickets, despite the copy saying that points from both tickets AND concessions. When your infrastructure is broken like this, it erodes trust, and I've gone to other theaters with no reward programs simply to not be bothered trying to get what Regal promised.

We saw Barbie at Regal Cinema Warrington, PA, last night at 6:50 pm. The theater was hot and the movie & previews were way too loud. There weren’t many people in the theater so you need to Lower the volume!!!
