Refresh Cartridges Tracking Order Status

They used to be good, but recently I've been unimpressed with their inks. The last batch I bought from them haven't lasted at all well. Short print runs have consumed whole cartridges. Unbelievable. Shan't buy from them again.

I bought some replacement cartridges from the Paignton branch the previous day but one cartridge would not be recognised by my printer . It was explained at this visit that if I had a problem to bring the cartridge back with the printer and help would be at hand . On my return I was seen by AJ who was so friendly and helpful and knowledgeable . The printer was sorted and even had a mini service with a clean up . Service could not have been better , thank you AJ .

Refresh inks is a great company and goes above and beyond what you would expect. I had a faulty cartridge and called them and spoke to Matthew who without hesitation said they would replace it right away. and good to his word it arrived the next morning. Free first class postage. The fact that I didn't have the original packaging was not a problem. I was really pleased with their helpfulness ( GREAT COMPANY ) I look forward to doing business with them in the future

I would like to thank the staff for going over and beyond to sort out my problem with my printer , so friendly and helpful and fixed the problem with no charge , it's not very often you get service like that . Would highly recommend this shop and there prices are really competitive . 5 Star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
