RedBalloon Australia Tracking Order Status

I was disappointed with my experience. I wanted to send two vouchers to one address as a gift but the only option buying online was to pay 2 lots of postage of $6 each. So I phoned, but more problems - if I paid for only one postage the recipient wouldn't get both voucher numbers so would need an email as well - what? You can't send two vouchers in one envelope with the relevant numbers? So I decided on email and dictated the message - when the vouchers arrived the message was so poorly written and punctuated I'm embarrassed to send it. Won't be doing this again. Beautiful site with appealing products but the back end needs some serious improvements.

Great experience.My wife and I were gifted a Ballooning on the easter weekend and I would like to say it was a great experience,very professionally organised from woo to go. This website is the most stressful site I have ever used I booked tickets to Leggo land in Melbourne and I will just say never again while the redballoon staff were polite the site is just a nightmare and I wasted so much time trying to sort the booking I had to call Leggo Land in New Zealand to sort the mess out never again

Phone support was really helpful! I had some problems with cancelling a booking, so I called and they were really helpful. Excellent support, will definitely continue using them.
