Also ich musste jetzt zum ersten Mal den Kundenservice kontaktieren. Der Kontakt erfolgte spätestens nach 2 Werktagen und der sehr freundliche Kundenservice Mitarbeiter hat mein Problem ohne Verzögerung gelöst.

Reason Studios is a remarkable platform that I am truly thrilled to share my positive feedback about. One of the standout features for me is the incredible versatility it offers as a digital audio workstation (DAW) with its rack and SSL mixer. The ability to recreate the experience of a physical studio in a digital format is simply fantastic. Another aspect that sets Reason Studios apart is their extensive collection of high-quality free tools available in the shop. This is a significant advantage for musicians and producers who are looking to enhance their creative process without breaking the bank. I have discovered many invaluable tools that have greatly enriched my music production. The support provided by Reason Studios deserves special recognition. Their responsiveness and prompt assistance are outstanding. Whenever I encounter any difficulties or have questions, their support team is quick to respond and provides effective solutions. This level of support ensures that my creative flow remains uninterrupted, allowing me to focus on my music. While Reason Studios has been my preferred DAW for years, I believe it would be even more advantageous if they offered a specialized educational version for Reason+ and Reason Studios 12. This would make it more accessible for aspiring musicians and producers who are currently hindered by the cost of licenses. By catering to the needs of younger producers, Reason Studios can attract and nurture a new generation of talent. Looking to the future, I hope to see Reason Studios incorporate AI tools that automate the process of connecting cables and rack extensions. This would streamline the workflow and make music production more intuitive and efficient. If Reason Studios can make their platform more affordable for aspiring producers, they have the potential to capture the hearts and minds of a wider community.

Great software for sound exploration. This review is NOT about the software, which is one of my all time favorite DAWs. The software itself in general deserves 5/5. This review is about the support you can expect. I have spent probably at least 1000 euros over more than 10 years being a customer to Reason - which makes you think you could rely on them for support when something goes wrong. Overall I must say that Reason is a very stable software and needs less support than many other tools. However, recently Reason rack VST plugin (which is the main reason why I bought the Reason 11 Suite) started crashing the host DAW every time you tried to load the plugin. This actually created a situation where a project that was created earlier could no longer be opened at all. There are workarounds to every situation and I could remove the plugin from the daw altogether, but this is not quality you expect from a software that I paid 600 euro for. I could narrow down the issue to a Reason license server and develop a further multi-step workaround that would allow me to use the plugin, but I would have to take these several steps every time I would want to use the plugin. It's three weeks and no reply from support. I look online and there are a whole bunch of people saying the same thing - so the company must be aware of the issue. Thank god I don't work in a commercial studio and depend on this tool for client projects.
