ReadyRefresh Tracking Order Status

Decent service for our recurring monthly delivery order. Can be challenging to make adjustments to scheduled deliveries including one time an error for charging us on a cancelled delivery. Once the error happened, it’s impossible to get hold of customer service hence we gave up trying.

Changes had been requested and were never completed. I have requested the changes again and will hope they are completed this time.

Delivery at end of day but they DID show up! Still very satisfied

As always, the delivery person puts the bottles in the vestibule, rather than taking them inside the building.

When it comes to service calls, ReadyRefresh seems to show up whenever they feel like it. I made a special trip in to the office Friday 4/26, received a "We're on the way email" and then a call checking to make sure we were open on Fridays. I was on another call when the technician phoned, and immediately called back to say I was here and expecting him, but he never showed up. Later in the day, I received an email with the service call rescheduled for another day. This sort of thing is very common with ReadyRefresh service and install appointments -- very annoying!
