RAVPower Tracking Order Status

Super easy to order with fast shipping. This is the second one I have ordered. Excellent quality, excellent charging capabilities. This one is slim compared to the older model. Happy!!

I don't know where all the negative reviews are coming from. I have five different RAVPOWER devices and I never had an issue with any of them. I did have a few technical questions early on and they responded very quickly. Then again I never had to deal with a warranty issue. I found the products to be well built and they work perfectly for my needs.

I have purchased more than 6 RAV POWER devices either directly from RAV POWER or via Amazon. Three of the USB C power supplies (GaN tech) have failed. They are just a few months beyond their warranty. I contacted RAV POWER (Sunvalley) and although they did respond, they were unwilling to offer any compensation or replacements. Power supplies should have a usable life well beyond 18 months. Although I like the product design, I think the reliability is sub-par and the customer attitude is equally sub-par. From reading other user experiences here, it seems I am not alone

Recently purchased two 15000mAh 18W Portable Charger USB C Power Bank for both of my kids and they are a nice slim design and work well for my kids. I have purchased several other products in the past and they hold their charge and charge my stuff very well.

I have to say the filehub is a really cool device which I loved it. I am using this device for playing my recording videos. Wow!!! It is REALLY worth to have it, oh my gosh!
