RANDOLPH Tracking Order Status

Wow! Living in the Netherlands an order placed on Monday arrived on Wednesday! That service is not even common in Europe. One pair of sunglasses (I ordered two) was a different type than ordered. Refund was even quicker than ordering! On the day it arrived back in the USA, they processed the refund. Got a discount code to make up for the inconvenience. My compliments! And the glasses are great to. Build quality superb and the comfort of wearing is great too. I'm a fan! :-)

I love the sunglasses for men, especially like the fact that you can have your name engraved in the side. High quality sunglasses, and the band doesn't become loose after time.

The worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Do not purchase from them. Sure their product may be good but if it gets lost in shipping they want the customer that already spent a premium to do all the work to contact FedEx, track down the package, fight with them etc just to get their order. I own a few pairs and sadly they just aren’t worth the premium price and the absolute worst customer service in the business.

Best quality sunglasses. Worn my Randolph concordes in 23k gold with American Tan lenses for over 3 years now, love them. I call them my happy lens because the brown/tan color lightens up even the dullest of days. Very comfortable and you can really feel the quality. Really happy with them, definitely a loyal customer for life.

Randolph USA! What a company! I received their aviator style sunglasses. Truly well made glasses. They fit really nice, they feel sturdy and look stunning. Randolph makes quality gear, made in USA (I rate this very highly although I am a Dutchman living in New Zealand). This is such a classic product. Timeless, not hindered by trends. Randolphs customer service team is friendly, accurate, well informed, knowledgeable and helpful. Fast response, fast shipping and very service minded. You do not often get these experiences often anymore in a fastly changing environment where everything is driven by maximizing profit, cutting corners and offshoring manufacturing processes! I want stuff to last and therefore willing to pay a bit extra. Buy less, buy quality and pass on! Randolph, thank you!
