Ralph Lauren UK Tracking Order Status

Purchased some items over a week ago. Goods were being delivered by UPS. Arranged for someone to be home to take delivery and was also sent a notification that they would arrive between 11am and 1pm. UPS notified that there was nobody home to take delivery and they had attempted to deliver twice. Rearranged with Ralph Lauren for items to go to a drop off point and received notification that good were ready for collection, but they were not. What a sham. Ralph Lauren customer service are very polite but nothing’s changed. UPS are just useless.

Had the best customer service! Truly impressed by how prompt they are in responding to my queries and how professional the team is. I will definitely order again!

Cotton chino summer suit made-in-Portugal (thumbs up!) ordered for spring wedding. Arrived swiftly and well packaged with UPS. Standard good RL quality (no lining though, which is sadly also standard). On trying on, a fairly obvious colour differential was noticeable. At this price this really should not happen (even if the items are sold as separates, they are RL-recommended as a suit-unit). Increase the outlay just a little bit, and bespoke tailoring kicks in with much greater quality, resulting in suits that will fit absolutely. - The suit was promptly returned, which with RL is not the simplest of processes. The refund was applied in under ten days. The whole process from receipt of goods to refund was 12 days. Order #7005996962

I purchased two polo shirts from Ralph Lauren. Who I have been buying from for years using resellers (ASOS etc) but thought I’d go direct. The two polo shirts are exactly the same size (L) yet, there is over an INCH difference in sizing. I followed up with a complaint to their “customer services” to be told to return to the product. The product is now out of stock, due to their over sight, poor quality control & slow customer service responses. They would not exchange said polo, for a similar one that was in stock. Customer services failed to even acknowledge my complaint & dissatisfaction. They offered me a measly 10% off my next order, which is not resorting my faith in the brand at all. Considering, I was told I could have the exchange to then be told I couldn’t. For a massive high end brand, you’d expect better quality from start to finish with the customer service piece at the least. Edit: they offered compensation which was satisfactory, changed to 3 stars.

What has happened to Ralph Lauren! I used to love the quality of their clothes, but recently this seems to have deteriorated. My latest purchase was a polo shirt dress for my little girl. It looked lovely on the website, however, what arrived was shocking. Very thin flimsy material and the pink looked dirty like it had been washed with dark colours. Looks like an old second hand cheap dress, not a £100 designer item!! This will be the last time I buy from them. The 2 stars are for the correct item arriving and delivery within a week (even though I’d expect sooner for £10!). Absolute rip off.
