Rally House Tracking Order Status

AWFUL. Their customer service is sucks and they take zero responsibility for anything. Said they refunded me for item that was cancelled in my order due to it not being in inventory and have yet to receive credit. Crickets when trying to address issue with customer service. Guess I have to dispute with my credit card. Beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Customer service reps are inept. I explained my issue, repeated it 3 times and they never addressed it. Instead they just kept repeating like a robot the same non answer.

Deceptive free shipping claim. I was about to order an NFL jersey and the site said free shipping for orders above $75, which may order was above that amount. The site was going to charge me the shipping anyway. They didn't deduct the shipping from my total even though the site said I qualified for it. Deceptive practice. Stopped my order before completing it. I then saw the reviews here. So happy I checked out this site first.

If I could give them a zero I would. Their customer service is awful and they take zero responsibility for their shipments. STAY AWAY!!!

I have used them in the past and had a good experience but my last transactions was rough. I am a football fan who's team hasn't been to the Superbowl in 32 years. Naturally when we made it this year I jumped online and started looking for the perfect T shirt to remember it. After a couple days I found the shirt I wanted and placed the order with Rallyhouse using a free shipping promo. I was patiently waiting until after SIX days I received a random email saying my order was cancelled because the shirt was out of stock!! This wouldn't be that bad if not for the fact that at this point all of the similar shirts in my size were sold out everywhere. So I trusted this wonderful memory with Rally House and they absolutely dropped the ball and the only thing they did to make it right was offer either 20% off or free shipping. I already had that offer on the original order!!! You would think a company all about fans would understand the importance of this moment....
