Raileasy Tracking Order Status

The Support staff are excellent. I had a lot of problems with booking on your site but eventually booked. I was then told Two Senior Rail Cards are not the same a two people travelling together. I also wanted flexible train times but your site kept on offering booked train only. Useless when flying into Gatwick when no one knows if the flight will be late or there will be baggage delays. Your Support staff were helpful. They credited my card and I booked with another company whose site was clearer and easy to follow.

Clear issue raised with them that was dealt with quickly and with no quibble.

Good customer service from Tony. Just be aware that if you book split ticketing you might not get the same seat all the way through and you may not get to sit together.

Thought it would be far more difficult to obtain a refund for part of my journey - but once I finally managed to scan the unwanted tickets, it was immediate. Many thanks, Raileasy - you made it very easy ...

After my train was cancelled and I had to purchase another ticket, Rail Easy made it really simple to claim a refund. Quick, friendly and efficient, they could not have been more helpful.
