Radisson Collection Royal Hotels Copenhagen. Et meget dejligt hotel i hjertet af København. Derfor er nedennævnte oplevelse en stor skuffelse. JEG ADVARER på det kraftigste mod at betale med betalingskort. De trækker ekstra beløb, efterfølgende når man er rejst. Jeg opdagede 2 dage efter opholdet at de havde trukket 560 kr. uden for aftalen, og efter jeg havde betalt alt. Jeg ringede til hotellet, men de sagde blot at de ikke havde gjort noget forkert. Pludselig forstod ingen dansk og kunne kun engelsk. Jeg talte flere gange om dagen med forskellige og skrev adskillige mails. De indrømmede at have lavet en fejl, men kom med mange undskyldninger for ikke at sende pengene til mig. Nu 14 dage efter, må jeg konstatere at de ikke vil give mig de penge, de har trukket ulovligt, efter mit ophold. Så lad være med at betale med betalingskort, de hiver hvad de vil, og du får ikke pengene tilbage.

I dislike the disgruntled young lady behind the front desk who loud talked and screamed at my husband and then me when inquiring about the hotel bill. I asked her to lower her voice but she screamed, “I talk loud.” The woman was unprofessional and unkind. I stayed there one night to board the Joy NCL CRUISELINE on December 3-4, 2022. Please harness this employee with kindness.

Very frustrated with my experience of Radisson. Booked a hotel room through Lastminute.com for which I was debited. Upon arrival at the hotel in London I was informed by the receptionist I had not paid and needed to pay again. I had assumed that perhaps Lastminute was a reserving the room. Therefore I promptly paid at the desk. It was only later I realised the receptionist was incorrect and I am £299 out of pocket. This happened at the beginning of December and I have still not received a refund. I think I have now sent 4 or 5 mails, provided screenshots of my credit card statements and even had confirmation I was going to be refunded but still nothing has actually happened. Why the onus is on me through this whole process I do not know.

Bartender treats you like crap

Stayed in Radisson Blu Hotel, Amsterdam City Center. Best possible place to stay in Amsterdam. About 400m from Tram-stop Spui, about 400m from Metro-stop Nieuwmarkt and about 800-900m from the Central Railway Station. The hotel has its own private parking garage, which is a very important service in a crowded city center. Enjoyed very well my weekend. Thank you.
