Have owned 2 Bio GS Classics since January of 2011...both still operating 24 hrs/day (one main floor, one basement) in single family residence with one dog and two cats. Never any trouble with either. November of 2022, ordered/paid for two replacement HEPA filters (one per unit) as I had done before, but this time only one was in the box. Contacted support via e-mail, and in less than two weeks, received the remaining filter. No questions asked. Can't ask for better service than that. My thanks.

Upon submitting a video showing evidence of a faulty product that is not even 1 year old, Rabbit Air’s only option is to repair my existing unit or replace with a product that has been opened, gently used, or returned by another customer within the 90 day period. I was assured this replacement would be throughly cleaned, but I find that unacceptable. It’s not sanitary especially when you consider it being used in a smoker’s home for up to 90 days. No thanks. Shame on Rabbit Air for not providing customer service and standing behind their product. When submitting a warranty request, I would expect a new air purifier—not an offer to repair nor replace with a used unit. Unacceptable.

I hesitated to give 2 stars as their customer service is responsive but my experience with them has been awful. I ordered the cheapest purifier they have and 10 days later it was delivered. To my surprise they upgraded the product to a better one. After installing all the filters, a blue light started to blink and the customer support told me they will send another purifier and the delivery guy would pick the damaged one. 12 days later they delivered the new purifier but the UPS guy didn't knock at my door to pick the damaged one even though I spent the whole day waiting for him. I looked at the new purifier and Rabbitair downgraded back to the original model... That new purifier did not look that brand new: scratches on the control panel and the charcoal filter is leaking a bit... but it seems to work at least. Now I will need to wait for the ups guy to pick up the old one...

Had to get new filters for a couple air purifiers that I haven't used in years. Found everything I needed in Rabbitair's website, as well as instructions how to reinstall the filters. Easy ordering, fast delivery, and easy instructions. And my purifiers run like a dream, even after 5 years in the attic. Love this company. Highly recommend buying and using their products.
