Quill Tracking Order Status

Purchased Brothers ink (LC401xl black)—which is out of stock everywhere. Reasonably priced and delivered within 2 days. I had previously ordered a compatible ink from another online merchant and am still waiting for tracking updates. Quill saved the day.

Have had good experiences in the past and good customer service. Just wish they’d choose better shipping companies. Currently going on 4 weeks waiting for yrc to deliver a pallet and they use capstone who loves leaving my packages in the middle of my parking lot.

Placed my first order on March 10, received March 11. No issues and will continue to do business. The site offers some pretty good deals. I operate a small business and i was able to get the supplies needed at a better price. The coupons and freebies really help. I will continue to do business with Quill. The service was very quick and efficient.

First time dealing with Quill.com. I ordered a chair, they said it would be handled in 4-5- days but got it in 2 days! Had a problem and it was handled so fast! GREAT company and Great customer service! All companies should be this good!

Ordered 3M Aura n95 masks on Sunday evening and received them Tuesday afternoon! Quill was referred on the 3M website, so they’re genuine. A full box of 20 of these masks on Quill for less $ than 2 individual Aura masks on big box store sites.
