Overall I am very satisfied with QB Enterprise Desktop. However yesterday there became an issue with certificate errors. We were NOT able to use QB yesterday and so far not at all today. They are not even giving a time frame for the fix to come out. We CANNOT operate a business this way.

Been using QB for my small business bookkeeping for years and now they have increased their monthly cost by 150% since 2021. If I raised my prices that much I would be out of business. This is highway robbery.

I don't understand how so many use this horrible application! QuickBooks looks appealing on the outside, which convinced me to tried it for a day, and even pay for a year, but the more I was using it the more bugs I discovered. It was so bad that I started feeling like I'm doing QA instead of using a live product! The amount of things that didn't work right was shocking for a company of this size. Right after my bad experience with QuickBooks I tried Xero and still loving it. To their credit, QuickBooks were kind enough to refund my yearly payment.

QuickBooks is okay, overall. It does what I need it to do. However, QB online has constant pop-ups and advertisements that get annoying to close out of EVERY time, even if you are a paying premium member. Not to mention, their customer service is abysmal. I am looking into some alternatives. If you can help it; try another service. QB is so popular that they don't have any incentive to care about helping their users. Maybe if there were more options out there, QB would feel more pressure to help people out or decrease pricing.

I purchased an online product, QuickBooks Essentials, and worked with a live person to complete the purchase transaction. That was 2 days ago and they still can't figure out why the system won't let me logon. They never gave me a password. I started trying with the first person, who took my $$, and have gone through 7 more people who cant seem to get me going. We're down to communicating by email - no more live talk or chat.
