We've ordered the aluminum water bottles several times now and haven't yet had any issues. The product is well-packaged and usually arrives undamaged. Quality Logo Products was quick with the order (arrived in 2.5 weeks or less)! The flashlight turned out well with the custom engraving. I was pleasantly surprised that when you light up the flashlight, our logo, also lit up. There were a few flashlights that were already flickering, however, that's understandable in an order of 200 flashlights. The only thing I would have liked is being able to replace the batteries. I liked the design of the flashlight so much, it would be nice if it could be kept for a long time.
