The reason to go to these guys is the customer service for sure, any question I had was answered politely in a very fast fashion. They even kept me updated during processing and sent me photos of the products before they were shipped. You'll absolutely have my business in the future, highly recommend.

I have used the services of the store more than 5 times over the past year. In general, I am satisfied with everything, although, as elsewhere, there are nuances. The order is processed very quickly and, with an ideal layout, you can pick it up on the same day. Many goods are really much cheaper even taking into account courier delivery.

I would’ve liked to have liked this service but unfortunately my experience wasn’t anything that would encourage me to continue using it. I tried to get a custom order, the image was the required resolution yet the product was of poor image quality. I reached out to customer service at first things were great, they offered a refund if I sent in the product to their California address. I did, and sent them the tracking information. 2 weeks after the return made it to the warehouse they didn’t reach out to me about receiving it, nor did they respond after multiple emails inquiring about my refund status. It was only until I escalated to the payment company that they responded. With PayPal they asked me to send the product back, which I already had. This time instead of giving me the previous California address that I had already sent it to, they switched to an Israel address. But it was still accepted and that’s when I finally got an email back from their customer service, but not until I escalated to PayPal. Ultimately I was able to get my refund but not without a bit of a hassle. My recommendation is that if you really must order from this site, please use PayPal or some sort of arbiter payment method just in case they become unresponsive or avoid it all together if you can.

Awesome customization. Got 2 AirPod cases customized for my husband and myself. Turned out better than expected. Turn around time was way quicker than originally stated. Will be ordering more stuff

The ring I received from this company was beautiful. It is a Christmas present and I can't wait for the recipient to open it. The craftmanship was top notch and shipping was fast. I will keep this company in mind if I ever need and other personalized products.
