Pyramid Collection Tracking Order Status

I was VERY surprised when I read the relatively low rating on the Pyramid Collection. I have ordered many things from Pyramid over the years and with the exception of the fit on one dress (which I can easily live with) everything has been perfect for me. I love the styles, the fit is almost always perfect for me (Goddess sizes) and any returns are easily and quickly reimbursed. Love this shop. Most recent experience last November for boots, dress, and vestment.

First... A few months ago I placed an order for a jacket with Pyramid Collection, then later read some reviews in which I ALMOST cancelled the order. Second... The order showed up in a reasonable time, fit well, and I love it. Third... I later ordered a top and it arrived in a few days. It fits perfectly and I love the look and style. I've had several positive comments while out wearing my jacket and/or top. I will be buying again from The Pyramid Collection.

Sizes aren't really consistent, and returns are nightmarish. Their system is way out of date, it takes forever to get your money back, and they might short you a few bucks and the sales tax. I will never buy from them again.

I have noticed that this vendor and the other vendors that are part of the Potpourri Group are getting terrible reviews on other review sites. Some reviewers are giving one star apparently because some of the Potpourri brands sell politically themed merchandise that these viewers find insulting. This seems so unfair. I shop at this group of stores solely for women’s clothing and I have never had problems with quality, customer service, returns, or refunds. I ordered something from Chadwick’s the other day and received it within a week. Besides Pyramid, Potpourri, and Chadwick’s, I believe Catalog Favorites and NorthStyle are under the Potpourri Group. I also believe that in the past five or six years I’ve ordered one or more items from each and never have had a problem, even though I have returned things because they were the wrong size or just didn’t look good on me.

I've ordered once or twice a year for the past 8 or so years. I like the variety of themes they have with the clothes and jewelry, and they are good quality. There are things that could be better, though. Firstly, this site caters to larger women. That's not a bad thing, but if you are a smaller size, you will end up paying for it. For one, they increase all of the prices to compensate for not upcharging larger sizes. Secondly, there is a lot of vanity sizing in their original pieces. Their small fits like a loose large. I was able to wear a small shirt while I was pregnant with a 70 lb weight gain, and it was still loose. Most clothing doesn't go any smaller than that, so women who are a US 10 or smaller will not fit into the majority of the clothing. Not all of the clothes fit that large, because they do have imports and other brands. However, that makes sizing very inconsistent across the site, and there are few reviews to help you make a selection. Secondly, as I've seen some surprised reviewers mention, their catalogs almost always have a centerfold of vibrators. This also wouldn't be a problem, except I never even requested to be mailed these catalogs. I've been receiving them bimonthly since my first purchase, and have wasted a lot of paper quickly throwing then away before children got ahold of them. I've seen complaints about the VIP program, but I've never had an issue opting out during purchase. Just be sure to read all check boxes when ordering. These issues were previously not enough to prevent me from ordering. I made my last order in October '21 (4 months ago) and had no issues with checkout, shipping, or delivery. However, that all changed today. I was about to place a $250 order when I noticed the outrageous shipping price. I looked around on the website, and saw they now price shipping based on VALUE, not weight. Even though my order was a few small items that would be packaged together, I would be charged $30 for them to ship, because they aren't pricing based on a flat charge or weight like every other business that ever shipped. Who does this?? That shipping price, plus a $1 charge for the driver's exposure to covid is just too sketchy to be worth any money from me. It's unfortunate, because they have some nice, niche items you can't easily find. I'll return if they fix this shipping fee. Until then, they've lost a customer.
