Purr and Mutt Tracking Order Status

Bought a custom portrait as a gift bit in advance thinking it would take a couple of weeks at the very least. I was very wrong, the whole process, from placing the order to delivery was around 5 days give or take, really speedy considering it’s custom too! It’s a great product and reasonably priced. Would recommend!

This experience with Purr and Mutt was over just overall amazing. From the beginning to the end. My brother’s cat unexpectedly passed away and I wanted to get him something to remember his cat by. The ordering process was easy, the updates were quick and efficient. And the final product was just phenomenal. I appreciate the team putting together something so wonderful for my brother. I ordered a picture for my friend for her birthday. She absolutely loved her dog as "A Country Gent". I am now waiting for delivery of my own dogs portrait as "The Wealthy Aristocratic" Very excited!!

Fantastic product and excellent service. Got a large picture of my Westie, Hamish. I was so pleased I wanted to order 2 more at A5 using the same artwork. Emailed and received a reply setting up my new order within a day.

End product is fine but you have to keep asking for reviews or they do bare minimum. I've ordered three prints in total over the last two years. Each time they literally just crop and paste the photo which for £80 is not acceptable. Each time I have had to go back a few times and ask them to adjust size colour and flip photos because they won't do any of this themselves to make it look more realistic . They will happily send back the head facing the entirely wrong way compared to the body and do bare minimum . I had to flip the last image myself as they couldn't do this apparently!?!? It's literally a button on every smart phone so I can only assume laziness or incompetence? I also note that they have change their frames as now the black ones smaller and bigger profile then my other two which is a little annoying Like the final products but only because I complain Each time to get it right. More attention to detail needed it should not take the customer complaining to make basic edits to make it look better for the high cost.
