Pure Pet Food Tracking Order Status

Delivery of food and its presentation is very good…..the customer (the dog) loves the food licks the bowl clean..the food is easy to prepare and easy to transport for holidays …i like the website design and the food bags with the dogs name on , are a lovely touch. Good value for money and choice of foods very good.

Nothing is too much trouble for the staff at Pure. I recently had a query and was answered very promptly and with courtesy and kindness. My dog really loves his meals! For health reasons we have to feed him little and often and the measure make it so easy to divide his food into 4 meals. He is a heath, happy dog and numerous people have commented on the condition of his fur as he has a very shiny coat! Delighted I swapped to Pure!

We have not started Alfie on Pure yet as we had a lot of his previous food to get through first however we have already received lots of information and assistance from Pure. They obviously are not in business just to sell and it all bodes well for the future. Thank you!

We got your food yesterday and I give a small amount with rubys normal food but sadly she Throw up 5mins after eating it and didn't eat it all. So know I don't know what to do
