I ordered a pen for my wife's birthday from Pure Pens and made a complete mess of it. I emailed Ross who responded very quickly and sorted the issue out for me promptly. I cant thank Ross and his team enough for they did. 100% recommendation to Pure Pens

Pure Pens have blown me away with their customer service. I have bought pens from them a few times but my most recent experience with Sophia exceeded expectations. I had been delivered a faulty pen that I was able to send back to them to fix. When the fix was unsuccessful, Sophia sent me a brand new replacement. 5 star service.

Great experience! Fast delivery each time I placed an order no matter large or small. Nice packaging and lovely products. One or two times when I did have some issues they were resolved immediately. Very helpful team. Highly recommend!

Loving my new Twsbi Eco pen, after watching many favourable Youtubes of this pen for artists I decided to go for it and delighted I did. Haven't received my order but felt compelled to leave a review from their customer service. I accidentally ordered cartridges instead of the intended ink bottle and upon asking what could be done they told me "already shipped but keep the cartridges and we'll out the bottle for free right away." That's great service!
