Purebaby Tracking Order Status

Beautiful clothes, good quality, but very expensive - nice for gifts and special occasions!

I was quite appalled by the online customer service manager Allie and her lack of care to help a customer. I assume many people fall into this trap by Pure Baby. I tried a few ways to subscribe back to emails after the in store attendant told me I needed to have this in order to get the voucher sent. Once I realized I wasn't successful, I reached out to customer service who told me that it was too late and they wouldn't send me the $20 voucher I was entitled to as I didn't email them directly to resubscribe and it was apart of their T&Cs. Pure Baby could have done a few work arounds to get me this voucher but obviously don't care about the customer experience and probably don't want you to actually use the money you're entitled to. Why have a rewards program at all?

Very disappointing service! Purchased 2 items as gift for daughter of important client.. I called and was guaranteed both items would be gift wrapped and sent together. One item arrived. However just received email saying other item on the way. I have sent 2 emails, tried to contact via Live Chat and Messenger. No response!!! DO NOT USE

My sister got my little boy the cutest outfit from here. Very high quality. Loved it
