Purdey owe me a small amount £195, there is no dispute. The amount was agreed on 22 May, but still not received. This is supposed to be a company that ask you to part with large amounts of money for luxury goods and great service. Be warned that the reality of the service, at least, is rubbish.

Bought a baker boy cap — taken ages to be despatched. Tried phoning their telephone numbers and both sales and service disconnect the phone. No idea what’s going on and total lack of communication.
