Pura Vida Bracelets Tracking Order Status

The jewelry is nice. I like that I can keep on and not have to remove whenever I shower. The reason for my 3 stars is because when I received my order, one of the rings was missing a stone. I immediately emailed them, the reply email says 1-2 day response. I’m still waiting 6 days later. Not the best customer service, probably will not order again.

I haven’t had trouble with shipping as others have, I’ve been buying Puravida for years. However, I just wanted to let others know (since I couldn’t leave a review on the website) to be aware that when you order “mystery packs or mystery bracelets” even though it warns you may receive duplicates, they should make more of an effort to avoid this to provide a good customer experience. I ordered 3 mystery sets and received all 3 the same! Can they at least make an effort to grab a few different ones when packing? I’ve read other reviews with the same complaint, I just figured I’d at least get a couple of them different to mix and match.

Love the charms and bracelets and necklaces to use with them. Made a 4th of July patriotic one with USA and the red, white and blue star charms.

I got some jewelry from pure Vida, and it's amazing! The designs are so pretty, and the quality is top-notch. They use really good materials, making the jewelry both fancy and strong. Whether it's necklaces or earrings, everything is just perfect. If you want stylish and long-lasting jewelry, I totally recommend pure Vida.
