pueblo direct Tracking Order Status

I have been a Publeo Direct customer for more than 3 years. Everything that I purchased was as described and sometimes more ornate than pictured. The delivery of products is superb. All items arrived quickly and in great shape, no breakage.

Extremely happy with Pueblo Direct. Beautiful jewelry. Purchased a cuff bracelet that was too large. They refunded the purchase price promptly as advertised. Hope to find another item soon.

We ordered a wedding vessel for our daughter and her fiance' right at the start of the Covid lockdown. It arrived with some damage, so I called and spoke to Lindsey. She wasn't able to get a replacement immediately due to the lockdown, but she kept in contact with us over the next year until she could purchase some new items. She sent pictures to us, we picked one out, and she shipped it directly to my daughter. Lindsey even included an extra gift for them. Pueblodirect may not be the very cheapest company for Native American items, but they have cool art, stand behind their products, are proactive, and very helpful. We will definitely buy from them again!
