PsPrint Tracking Order Status

The business cards I received are a JOKE as far as quality. The edges are JAGGED as if they cut them with a DULL BLADE. Completely UNACCEPTABLE. They supposedly have a Satisfaction Guarantee but no way to reach them except by phone and no one answers. I sat on hold for a very, very long time while my ears were assaulted by horrid music and no one ever picked up. I want a refund. How do you contact this company? Completely terrible way of doing business.

If trustpilot permits, i will upload photos of my business cards which fade and scratch almost immediately upon removal from the box. The first card is what happened to my business card after being out of the box, placed between credit cards in my pocket for about 1 day. Every card is scratched very quickly and, unless they stay in the box at all times, they are pretty much worthless.

Great print shop. Many orders over many years. Always pleased. Nice options for turnaround timing. They are great about sending samples to help decide paper types, etc. Good shipping, well packaged.
