Price Smart Contacts Tracking Order Status

I get contacts from them twice a year and it does take about 2 weeks to get them but I still get them regardless. They're not good with answering back but you do receive your order even if it takes forever for them to come.

I never write reviews, but I decided to do so this time because I read all of the negative comments and almost didn't purchase from this company. I can tell you that I received my contacts (which were the lowest price of anywhere I looked) one week after the date of purchase. NO issues at all.

Was skeptical based on prior reviews, but... Ordered 4 boxes of Acuvue Oasys 90-pack at the lowest price I've ever seen ... yes there was a crazy high processing fee but that still brought the order total to less than $200 even with insurance and express shipping. Took 1 week from date of ordering to arrive. Never got a shipping confirmation email but pleasantly surprised to receive so fast!

I bought my contacts (with a valid prescription) and received them quickly and that’s when the problem started. Between the time I bought and received them, my eye doctor scheduled another exam out of concern. Suddenly in a time of two weeks, my prescription changed. I received an rma number and mailed back my unopened lenses with the NEW prescription information. The lenses were returned to their WA state liaison with tracking. It has now been one month and still no replacement lenses. I have called and emailed. I have had no resolution. One would believe their liaison in WA state could send a message and tell them the contact lenses have been received and please expedite the replacement lenses. That would be too easy though. There is truth in the statement “you get what you pay for”.

I read all of the reviews below and was very apprehensive about ordering from them. I decided to give it a try and hope for the best. I did add the express shipping option hoping that would give me a better chance of getting them a little faster. Unfortunately I did a really boneheaded thing and miskeyed the ZIP Code on my order. So once the order shipped it got hung up at the wrong ZIP Codes post office on the opposite side of the state. PSC contacted me about the problem and I gave them the correct ZIP Code. Somehow they managed to get the contacts to me with no further issues. In all it took a few weeks but that’s all on me. I will be ordering from PSC again. The most affordable contacts on the Internet and excellent customer service. Thanks PSC!
